產品作用原理mechanism:
一、6-氨基-1,3-二甲基尿嘧啶(簡稱DMAU)作用原理:
熔點高達290℃以上,200℃加熱減量<1%,本身特性能夠適應PVC生產過程。?DMAU能吸收PVC生產過程
中產生的HCl,還能取代不穩定的Cl原子。與ZnSt2共同使用時,?DMAU能與ZnCl2發生反應,生成金屬絡合
物,使ZnCl2失去活性,能防止“鋅燒”,大大增強PVC樣品的長期穩定性;DMAU中主要基團尿嘧啶是人體
必需的四種核苷酸之一,對人體安全無害;DMAU因此被認為是高效且安全的熱穩定劑;

二、DMAU與ZnSt2:

DMAU與β-二酮都是新興的有機穩定劑,兩者單獨進行比較,DMAU在抑制初期著色和長期熱穩定性方面
都能更勝一籌。實際生產過程中DMAU既可以完全替代β-二酮,也可以與β-二酮共同使用;
